JAM! Bar & Kitchen


St. Valentine's Day of 2015 saw the opening of my second bar/ restaurant after a break of 4 years. Since moving on from Sol I Lluna, I had been researching and working on recipes and felt the need, once more, to share them with a Wider audience. After trawling the adds and pounding the streets, in November 2014, I settled on a good-sized but very unloved space with no gas supply, no kitchen and no furniture - absolutely nothing. Working 7 days a week, JAM! was ready for the auspicious opening day - ah, superstitions.

JAM! was the first place in Valencia to serve pulled pork, and maybe, the only place in Spain to serve kolokithokeftedes.
