Drink your way to 5-a-day and beyond.

This is what I like to drink on a daily basis - when I can. This green smoothie will supply your body’s cells with everything: beta-carotene, vitamin C/K
- and it’s full of fibre too: the drawback of juicing being that all the fibre is removed.

Serves 2

1 pink grapefruit

1 carrot

a handful of kale or chard leaves

1 tomato

a handful of spinach leaves

1 apple

1 banana

a handful of blueberries - or any berries.

1 avocado
  1. Wash, scrub, chop and de-core where necessary.
  2. Blitz - adding filtered water to your desired consistency.
  3. Add a spritz of lemon to brighten the flavour.
  4. Have a great day.
